SHIPPING

SEPTEMBER, 2017 SHIPPING NOTICE: Please be advised that orders placed this month will be processed and shipped within 7-10 business days.

We offer FREE Shipping within the contiguous U.S.! Regardless of order size or amount, it ships for FREE! - *Enjoy 2-Day Shipping on most orders to most areas - Once we hand the order to the carrier, we use 2-day Shipping to get it to you in 2 days at no extra charge!

Shipping & ReturnsHOW WE SHIP

Your order ships by UPS Ground and some smaller items can ship USPS Priority Mail. Smaller pads are simply rolled and larger pads can be folded in half once and then rolled. We do not fold multiple times like other stores so as to prevent stubborn fold lines.

WHERE WE SHIP 

We ship to residential and commercial addresses within the United States, Canada, Alaska and Hawaii. We DO NOT ship to Post Office Boxes.

WHEN WE SHIP

We normally ship your order within 2 business days. There may be times throughout the year where we may find an excessive amount of orders and need an extra day to ship your order. We ship Monday-Friday and deliveries occur Monday-Saturday, usually during normal business hours.

NOTE: By placing your order on our site, you agree to have us ship the item(s) ordered and to accept delivery of these items. Any refusal of delivery will incur FedEx charges that will be deducted from your final refund. For any returns, always follow our return policy as listed below.

RETURNS
We offer a very liberal 30 day returns, full refund policy. There are never any restocking fees! 

NOTE: Custom Cut rug pads cannot be returned.

To request a return:
Simply send us your return request to info@duraholdrugpads.com and please include the order number and item(s) to return.

Once we receive your request, we will review it for approval and send you the return instructions. 

Packaging Your Return*
1. Securely wrap your return to avoid any damage in transit.
2. Be certain to include the RA number received in your return instructions securely marked on the outside of the package.
     *Failure to follow these instructions may result in the refusal of the return.

Exceptions to Return Policy
The following exceptions are reasons we may refuse your return:
1. The package does not have its RA number marked on the outside.
2. The return arrives with obvious damage due to poor packaging.
3. The item was ordered as a custom cut rug pad.
4. The item was altered in any way from its original condition.

REFUNDS
We will issue your refund within 24 hours of receiving your return. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment (MC/VISA/DISCOVER or PayPal).


SHIPPING TO ALASKA & HAWAII

TO PLACE YOUR ORDER TO ALASKA OR HAWAII
Simply place your order and you will notice that it will show "Free Shipping" - This is to allow you to complete the order. Once we receive your order, we will contact you within 1 business day with your additional shipping charge - Note that this charge only includes the actual shipping cost, never any extra surcharges.

We will request that you reply to our email within 1 business day with your approval or disapproval and we will proceed accordingly - If you approve the shipping cost, we will charge that amount to your credit card and if you disapprove it, we will cancel the order and issue a refund of any charges to your credit card.
